Bryan Bishop, CSP, OHST, CHST
Founder / Employment Specialist
Bryan is dedicated to creating opportunities for individuals with disabilities and recovery backgrounds. With over 15 years of experience and his own lived journey of overcoming addiction and disability, he leads B2 Elevated with heart, purpose, and genuine understanding. His passion for making a difference drives him to help others reach their full potential through clear pathways to meaningful employment. His leadership is focused on breaking down barriers, building pathways to meaningful employment, and inspiring others to believe in their own potential for growth and change.
Irene Bishop
Director of Operations
Irene brings over 40 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities, developing educational plans, and collaborating with community organizations. A lifelong advocate and educator, she has dedicated her career to creating opportunities for growth, inclusion, and independence. Irene’s passion for giving back is reflected in her extensive volunteer work and outreach efforts, where she continues to make a positive impact in the lives of others.
